PQ MIB2 Radio Upgrade - Clock Synchronise Issue

In some cases, after installed the mib2 radio, the clock does not synchronise with the MFU.

Reasons:

1. MFD was too old, need to be 3D MFD instrument cluster(dashboard);

2. Can-bus data communication issue.
